About the Space
North-facing studio on the 2nd floor for dance, yoga, movement and expression. 1,200 sq ft of blank canvas. Three 14-ft ballet barres. Offered for rent by the hour to qualified instructors as a place to teach, rehearse, grow and be creative.

Our space is primarily for qualified instructors. That means that you should carry liability insurance to protect yourself. If you don’t have it, not to worry: it’s not expensive or difficult to get. You can still book the space for a small surcharge or we can help you find a good insurance provider.
Also, please note that heels or metal tap dance shoes are not permitted.
